Redesigned by Peter Reindl | PR Architects & Designers with Alexandro Rossi, Federica Sargolini, Tayfur Dogan & Floris Jonker Roelants on behalf of Valinor Estates

The legacy of Palais Pick began in 1923, when visionary industrialist Emil Gerhard Pick commissioned one of the most distinctive residential buildings in Vienna’s 19th district. Designed by the esteemed architectural duo Emmerich Spielmann and Alfred Teller, the original structure was a landmark of its time—merging the grandeur of Gründerzeit architecture with forward-thinking elements that addressed the functional demands of a modernizing metropolis.

Now, 100 years later, Palais Pick has been reborn under the masterful direction of Peter Reindl | PR Architects & Designers, in collaboration with Alexandro Rossi, Federica Sargolini, Tayfur Dogan, and avant-garde industrial designer Floris Jonker Roelants, on behalf of Valinor Estates.

This architectural transformation honors the spirit of the original while infusing it with a bold new narrative—one that bridges the romance of history with the clarity of contemporary living. The result is a residential experience of rare distinction, where historic integrity meets curated modernity.

The newly reinterpreted Palais Pick houses a collection of exceptional residences, each restored with a precise eye for detail and craftsmanship. These apartments reflect the architectural poetry of the past—ornamental ceilings, elegant proportions, refined materials—while offering today’s comforts: state-of-the-art infrastructure, sustainable building systems, and thoughtfully integrated design.
